Zillar Barta Desk : Flydubai has announced that flights to and from Israel will remain suspended as an investigation continues into an incident involving flight FZ1073.
According to reports, the aircraft was involved in a serious incident during its journey when the co-pilot allegedly attacked the pilot. Passengers and members of the cabin crew reportedly intervened and managed to overpower the co-pilot.
The intervention reportedly allowed the flight crew to regain control of the situation, and the aircraft subsequently landed safely in Saudi Arabia.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident, while Flydubai has maintained the suspension of its Israel operations pending further developments.
